Aged vintage Coca Cola bottle opener Starr "X" by Brown Co., Newport News, VA.  Solid cast iron opener shows just a bit of the original red paint.  The number 22 is found just above the Made In USA on the back.
Measures 2 3/4 inches wide x 3 1/4 inches tall.
