Vintage HR Quimper Egg Server with Six Egg Cups Breton

Description

Fabulous example of vintage HR Quimper- a rare find.  An egg server with six egg cups. All  pieces are hand painted with typical Breton figures and flowers. Three of the egg cups are painted with a Breton woman and three with a Breton man on one side and flowers on the other.  The tray measures ~5" tall x 11" in diameter.  The cups measure ~2 1/4" tall.  Based on the signature "HR Quimper", it was made around 1910.
The piece is in excellent condition for its age; however, it appears that the handle of the tray was broken in three places and repaired (two towards the top; one near the base);  a small piece is missing on the top of the handle.  There are also two small chips in the glaze on the edge of the tray (see photos);  The six egg cups are all in excellent condition; no chips, cracks or repairs.
