    Quimper plate,,perfect, excellent artist with great colors, perfect, 8.75",HB mark Condition looks totally new but is likely 1925, not deco style, the painting is beaufiul, see colors of the man with ocra colors which is unusual, HB Quimper on the front and mark on the back as well.  Never used, totally perfect for the age.... amazing for sure. I've owned it for 30 years in my display case.
